I booked a balayage with Susan for my wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time doing my hair and made sure that I was 100% happy before I left. Loved the fact that you can have a glass of Prosecco while getting pampered too. Will definitely be back 😊

I was recommended this salon by a friend, but sadly it didn’t live up to expectations. The staff were really nice, but the salon was understaffed. The main stylist seemed a bit run off her feet - the salon owner really should have provided more support to the staff on that day. My appointment started 30 mins late which is unacceptable.
My haircut was fine although I had hoped to have a stylist with a bit more inspiration (I did say I was looking for some inspiration!). The colour isn’t quite right - particularly my roots - they look over processed.
When the salon was recommended to me, I was told I’d be served Prosecco so I was disappointed when this didn’t happen either. I won’t be going back and I am unable to recommend this salon based on my experience.
