Lovely experience, had a little misunderstanding about the colour I asked for in a prior appointment but all the staff and especially Susan were absolutely amazing and sorted everything out - super happy with my hair as always & definitely recommend!

I was in the salon today and all the staff were polite and attentive. Sofia did a fantastic job with my tint and colour.
I also want to say how well the team handled a very difficult situation. A disruptive client came in shouting and throwing her things around, and shouted at the very young apprentice before she’d even had a chance to sit down. It was unnerving, and the staff understandably looked shaken, but they stayed professional and dealt with it really well. So 5 ⭐️

This place has become my regular salon, however I went with a different stylist this time around. Overall the staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Though after initially being delighted with my half head highlights, cut and blow dry, upon further inspection when I got home I noticed one side of my hair was cut an inch shorter than the other including layering. Bit disappointed to say the least. I did get it sorted elsewhere as an emergency fix.
