Very pleased with my hair! Went for the chop with balayage, which I’ve never had before. Isla explained the process and I showed her a couple of pictures of hairstyles I liked. She said no problem and delivered!

IsIa was lovely and friendly, helped me with an issue with my weave I only noticed the morning of the appointment when I removed the weave and I had a works night out 2 days later and IsIa done the best she could to make the refit work for me until I could order new hair so thank you again for solving my dilemma.
