first time at this salon. staff polite, helpful and friendly.salon is on a main road which made parking difficult.it wasn't clear on the website that there was stairs to the wash basins. this information would be essential to any future first timers.

Very pleased with my hair! Went for the chop with balayage, which I’ve never had before. Isla explained the process and I showed her a couple of pictures of hairstyles I liked. She said no problem and delivered!
