I went to Brow & Beauty Bar in the past and got a great lash lift with Ruby. However, today, I went in and I had a different beautician. She ripped out clumps of my lashes, and somehow my lashes are less curly than when I went in for my appointment, and they're still covered in the formula. They're super dry and clumpy. It took 1.5 hours for extremely disappointing results. I'm honestly in shock. I knew immediately she didn't know what she was doing, and blame myself for not walking out.

Original clinician I booked for had a personal emergency so I was put with someone else. I wish they would’ve let me know of the last minute cancellation and given me an opportunity to reschedule rather than having to go with someone new, as the experience was chaotic

Lash lift came out excellently. The eyebrow beautician wasn’t available but they’ve said I can come back any Friday/Saturday to get it done.
