From start to finish the treatment was well explained and my welfare checked. Leisa is the loveliest, friendliest and most importantly the most relaxed person I've ever met, which was very important to me as I have severe anxiety. The room is lovely, light and airy in addition to being spotlessly clean. I was sent a home patch testing kit which was ideal as I lead a very busy lifestyle. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. After my treatment, I was given a very comprehensive aftercare pack which answered every question I had and a fantastic healing balm. I would definitely recommend Leisa to anyone, my only, very small criticism is that the healing balm doesn't come in a resealable pot/packet as I wanted to keep it with me at all times.Thank you so much for my treatment, I'll definitely be back!

Leisa has been amazing from start to finish. There are no stupid questions you can ask her (I did give it a good shot though �). A lovely person and very professional.
