I had a great experience at Brow HQ! Shelly is awesome, she explained so patiently everything she did and the result was fabulous! She is not only a professional but very friendly and kind as well. My friend recommended to book in at Brow HQ and I am absolutely delighted!

Essentially it revolves around therapist and client. So it was on this day a little unclear as to when my appointment was. However this did not deter Shelley from the attempt to accomodate the regular client and it so happened that the other person who was due did not appear so we all went ahead. There was still time for the dye to take effect and I was my usual communicative cooperative self. And so the World turns!!!

Shelly is great. She is friendly, welcoming and really good at what she does. I am so pleased with my eye brows. I used to go to another therapist but had to move because she decided to change career. I am so pleased to have moved because Shelly is so much better.
