I was made to feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Klaudia was really friendly and professional and took her time to make sure I was happy with the overall look. Really pleased with my eyebrows and what she's managed to achieve!
Overall disappointed. Waited for 40 mins, my treatment was supposed to be 40 mins but was out in 20 mins. I didn't get asked how dark I wanted my eyebrows and I was plucking out hairs the next day or so. Also wrote an email to Brow HQ with this feedback and didn't get a reply.
