Received a warm friendly welcome. Felt comfortable relaxed and confident as everything was explained to me. I would like to start with how calm and at ease Shelly made me,welcoming me and settling any nerves I had from a terrible past experience! Shelly is exceptionally talented at what she does and is even more so a friendly approachable person too!! I actually felt like I'd known her for years,that's how comfortable she made me feel! Like I was talking to one of my friends not a lady I'd jus met! I'm really looking forward to seeing her again for my top up because the whole experience was so lovely
