I always go to Brow Lodge to get my eyebrows threaded. This was the first time getting my nails done there and my experience today was just as great as all my other experiences. Laila is wonderful, and I love my nails so much.

Unfortunately, I came in for my appointment to be told that I would have to wait until 2.30 to have mine done as someone before me arrived late. I explained I had planned to specifically come in for this nail removal and due to having long covid, had planned how long I would be there. I was then told someone else could see me and they started to do it. End result was I was there 1h15 instead of 30 mins and the person had left glue on my nails until Laila who was now free got it off. not happy
