I believe my nails were actually with Patty - not Honey. My appointment was rescheduled to be 15 mins later, and then they were running 15 mins behind. She was far too rough, leaving me bleeding on several fingers. Gel is covering my cuticles completely and all wonky. Gel also didn’t go over my entire nail. Once out in natural light I realised that the topcoat hadn’t been applied properly leaving weird bubbled patches. Most staff were not following mask rules, felt very unsafe.

Brows came out perfectly - lashes were far too clumpy and thick and didn’t look anywhere near natural.

First appointment for threading booked with Sunita. Came all the way from Leeds for it. Sunita refused to see me as she was too busy and couldn't be bothered to respect the appointment I made with her and had a part-time employee do my threading. She was awful, made me go through a lot of pain and did an extremely poor job. Half the hair is still on my face. First and last visit. Waste of time and money. Worst salon ever. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. Would not recommend to anyone.
