*if I could give 0 stars, I would* absolutely horrible. I booked w the senior brow technician as I don't trust anyone else. was seen by someone else. when she asked what I wanted, she did the polar opposite of this. butchered my brows I had spent 2 years growing.. I look like I'm straight out of the 80s . not only this, but she was extremely rough, caught my skin a few times and broke the thread on my face a few more. don't go here
