Lovely therapist but not all hairs were removed sadly

My therapist was absolutely lovely. During my treatment I overheard one staff member being ‘told off’ by another. I found this extremely unprofessional, not only because it happened when a client was present, but because it also happened with other staff present. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment, but this type of negative and unprofessional behaviour by other staff members makes me reluctant to return. I do hope this is not common, obviously sometimes staff do need to be spoken to, but please consider the professional manny in which this is handled. The space was clean, tidy, and I felt that it was an excellent treatment
