Lady who did my lashes did an impeccable job. Wish I could remember her name. Staff v friendly and patient with all my questions. Venue not the best but it's just a bit of noise. Otherwise the place is clean and tidy.

I have to agree with the other reviews and mention the ambience of the place, rather the lack of it. The place is located above a coffee shop, and I could constantly hear chatter and rumble from downstairs during the treatment. The eyebrow threading itself was okay, nothing special, the lady was polite.

Staff members were lovely. Some work to be done on privacy and the tint could have been slightly darker as has worn off 2 days later
