Bea did a fantastic job with my eyebrows and was lovely as always. However other staff could be more friendly to improve the customer experience - they looked like I’d grown an extra head when I asked to use the ladies’ room!

Farah did an amazing job on my lashes. She asked how much of a curl I wanted and the end product was amazing. (I’ve had other experiences where the technician did not and I didn’t get the results I wanted!) She ensured I was comfortable and warm throughout the treatment as it is a long waiting time. I’d definitely recommend Farah and will be visiting her again!
