Best eyebrow shape I've ever had. Great value for money. Would like a bit more privacy but it's not a big deal
I'm not sure why this place is so well recommended. The treatment itself was fine, certainly nothing special. But the customer service was appalling. The girl who did my brows and lashes barely spoke to me, except to rudely tell me that there wasn't time to do my lashes because they were closing early (even though I had booked and prepaid through Treatwell). Obviously she was in the wrong so she did them, but she didn't apologise or explain. The threading hurt like hell, in comparison with other places where it merely feels a bit uncomfortable. Little to no ambience - no music, and it's a tiny little cubicle with curtains next to the receptionist so I had to listen to her phone conversation the entire time. I couldn't wait to leave,
