I found the staff member to be very rough and harsh with the movement of my head and face during the appointment. In addition, pass remarkable would also be applicable. I surprised by this, as I frequent the salon regularly and this particular staff member I had never encountered before. Disappointed with the experience as I have previously had some great ones at BrowHaus.
