I booked the brow appointment as I needed brow wax and tint urgently before a photo shoot the next day. However, a few hours prior to the appointment I got a phone call from the salon to move the appointment 1 hour forward which I couldn't do due to work commitments. Despite my Treatwell records of the appointment being booked for 6pm, the receptionist kept saying I booked the appointment for 5pm. Very unprofessional behaviour.
