Farah really took the time to listen to what I wanted and reassured me by showing me my brows through the treatment. I had a bad experience at the same place on my previous visit where the girl seemed to understand “don’t thin them” but didn’t exactly that! Will go again and definitely book with Farah. The staff in the whole are fine but often are too busy having conversations amongst themselves which is a little unprofessional. Treatment is also quite expensive for what it is.
