Lash removal was quick and easy but the appointment was 50 minutes late. Luckily I didn’t need to be anywhere, and the receptionist was lovely, but that’s pretty late! Disappoints I wasn’t offered it for free or a discount!

Lovely technician and thorough but did not do my eyebrows evenly/matching which I’m so disappointed about. I’ve been going to the same salon for years but tried Browhaus as it’s closer, I’m not sure I’d trust them again and I’ll return to my original technician instead. Otherwise very friendly and pleasant experience but with a disappointing result.
