The eyelash extensions do not fit my eye shape well and became uncomfortable after a day, and the style or volume was not well communicated. Given Browhaus's reputation, and my previous experiences getting individual eyelash extensions here, I had expected a better treatment. But the result was a little more careless than I would have liked.

this branch is very open plan so you are right next to the reception desk while getting treatments and can hear everything the staff say to each other. would be off-putting enough anyway, but I also heard them say something v offensive, which I raised with them at the time and has made me not want to go back again.
fwiw I've never had any issues with the other browhaus branches so would probably recommend you go to one of those (if at all).
Greta treatment, unfortunately staff was not too friendly.
