Really not very happy with the experience here. You are on a bed in the same room as the reception and completely exposed. All off the staff are sitting around on their phones. The girl who carried out the treatment was completely disinterested, and when she had finished she just walked away and went back onto her phone. Customer service is not existent and you are clearly just a number and not a valued customer.
