The therapist was professional, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout what can be quite an intimate treatment. The waxing was thorough, hygienic, and surprisingly less painful than expected due to careful technique and high-quality products. My skin felt incredibly smooth afterwards with minimal irritation, and the results have lasted well. I would definitely recommend.
