Booked a luxury gel pedi 1hr 15min. On arrival I was told this (with mask & booties) was not possible as I was having gel & the two can't be combined. I wish I was contacted in advance to be told this. Also told treatment would only be 45min & they wouldn't have time for french? Neat polish but done in hard chair & at home foot spa. Feet didn't feel pampered.
They did allow the cost difference to go towards a sunbed, which was unbearably hot & noisy, no deo or towel provided.
