The wax itself was of a good standard however I was not made to feel welcome or comfortable/at ease. I was taken in by one member of staff and was asked to undress from my bottom half, I wasn’t given anything to cover myself up with so when the door open for the therapist to come in I was fully exposed to anyone that may have walked past the room, the therapist that walked back in was not the same one I had been shown into the room by. I was not introduced to anyone by name. I felt very vulnerable and degraded, whenever I have had intimate waxing before I have been put to ease and made to feel comfortable. When paying I was asked if it was card or cash to which I said card and then was told it is very slow and I need to pay on cash which I did not have, The lady pointed to a cash machine over the road and told me to get some cash out from there. I was very disappointed by this service and won’t be going again

Nice massage and friendly therapist. Ideally it really needed low lights or candles in the treatment room and maybe a massage table with space for face in it.
