Not the most relaxing of experiences. Stained towels. treatment shorter than advertised on Treatwell. corners cut. Wish i done it myself at home to be honest.
I have had waxing with this salon done before and it was great. However this time it was a new staff member who seemed to be very new to waxing itself. I booked for full body but ended up just doing the arms as it hurt too much and it wasnt neat or a good experience. I have bruises on my arms. It had really put me off and i will not be coming back again. Worst experience. I have waxing all over and also on the salon floor and stuff , i felt she was doing waxing for the first time. It still hurts.
Thats is my money down the drain. I feel so bad for wasting that money. I will be putting in complaint request to reimburse my money for waxing.
