Waxing only took half an hour when it was supposed to take 1h 5m and it showed. LOTS of hair missed so had to shave when I got home. Overall very rushed, felt like the beautician just wanted me in then out as quickly as possible. Hollywood was usually takes half an hour on its own. Used the same stick so lots of double dipping which is very unhygienic and there was also a dead beetle/cockroach on the floor covered with dust and hair.

Appointment was on time but gel polish is bumpy and nails are not filed correctly into shape. I would not recommend getting nails done in Brows.

If I could leave zero stars that would be generous. I’ve never been so humiliated in my whole life. I’ve been left with severe bruising along my bikini line and only half a wax. When I told the incredibly rude person to stop she refused to let me leave the room. This was all a joke to her, she said it was my fault I was bruised, my skin is too sensitive and I’d never been waxed before despite the fact I have. I’m still waiting for some contact from the owner of the establishment but it just goes to show how much care and consideration is given to customers
