First time I’ve met Katy, but lovely just like Karmen. Great chat, time past very quickly. Saying that Katy got on with the job, and giving me advice through the conversation. The result beautiful nails, and I’ll be back next month for top-up and might get them longer.

If you want the best brows of your life then Karmen is your gal! I’ve been seeing Karmen now for over 3 years, and she has taken me through the journey of HD brows to Lamination and now finally SPMU.
I cannot thank her enough for not only giving me the BEST brows but also for how patient she is in answering questions honestly. With my sparse brows I didn’t think I’d ever look like this!
I’m so happy I took the step to get SPMU, and would 100% recommend Karmen if you’re considering this.
