I just love love love my LVL Lashes and brows! I got them both done before I went on holiday and it was the best decision ever, didn’t have to put makeup on at all and it was so easy when you’re going in the pool etc all day 😊
The girls are so lovely and welcoming with a great space, so well decorated!! I’ll definitely be back
The lash lift itself was extremely satisfactory and the staff were very professional. My only gripe would be that although my appointment was scheduled for 1PM, I still had to wait around 15-20 minutes before I was attended to. It also said on my confirmation that my appointment would be an hour long, which I planned around, but I was in the shop for close to two hours which meant I was late to my other schedules. Also, the music was incredibly loud, it was the opposite of relaxing– and they only had the same 6 songs on rotation...
