Beautiful salon. Was pleased with the results of my lash lift however Naz did not do a good job of my eyebrows. I waited for quite a while past my appointment time , loads of bums of chairs gojng thru the clients brows like a production line. The issue is she never asked what shape I’d like my brows and weren’t ahead without consent taking away too much from the start of my brows leaving me with a classic clown look. I’m in my 30s bags under eyes happen and a well trained therapist should know that’s not a good look as it creates a complete circle around the eyes making me look constantly surprised. Not at all happy.
Love Brows & Co!😍Naz always does my brows the way I love them! She is so welcoming and remembers my name every time I go in! Unfortunately Naz didn't do my brows on this occasion however Jan done a lovely job of my brows and they look great! Thank you girls😘see you again soon! Jacqui xx
