Bruna was very pleasant and friendly, the stuff in general seemed very open to help. The reason for such a low rating is because the haircut is extremely uneven. I keep my hair very simple, just above shoulder length straight all around. At first I did not notice it but I’ve had a few people point it out to me. Once again this is just a rating for the haircut itself, Bruna was very pleasant.

Almost perfect experience, as soon as I reached Bruna explained the how abouts and asked my preference for any particular haircut. She was super sweet and did a fine job with my hair, got a complimentary blowdry too which was nice. Guess have finally found my local go-to hairdresser after previous disastrous experiences elsewhere. I rated less on staff only because of the other staff, who for some reason made it her business about me getting the cash withdrawn (they don't accept cards) before the service inspite of Bruna being OK with me doing it post the haircut. Not sure why she felt I was gonna run away without paying 25 quids, either she was being racist or just herself.
