I had a good experience with my haircut. They have two salons and initially I went to the wrong one. That might have been my fault but it could probably have been clearer. Then after my hair was washed my hairdresser had to take over on someone else’s treatment for a bit leaving me a bit cold and wet. The haircut was great though and I’m happy with how it looks. I just wonder if they over-book their staff.
