There was a relaxing aura about BTS as soon as I walked in. As a male i felt a tad shy getting a massage but the owner and Monica the masseuse were very reassuring and not only did I walk out like jelly but I felt renergized the whole of the next day. Still reaping the benefits as I am typing this.

So I travel a fair bit to come to this salon because they're brilliant. I have been coming here when it was called The Body Toning Studio for years and regardless that it has a new name and new owner I have still been going back as the beauty therapists are all the same and they truly are the best you will find. I had the most amazing facial at this salon. This is a facial with a twist. I had prepared myself for a session of facial rejuvenation when I was pleasantly surprised when my therapist incorporated a neck and shoulder massage into my treatment. I did not want the session to end. I was so relaxed after this facial (and my neck and shoulder massage). I slept so well that night which Has now made me realise the importance of down time and me time. I will be going back for weekly massages here that’s for sure. Ask for Monica for your facials and massages. The customer service and the ambiance of this places is amazing and a huge thank you to Parisa, the lovely smily lady you will be greeted by at the reception who will ensure you get the best out of your experience.
I have been a client of this wonderful salon since I was 15 and now I’m 35 years young - what is great is that the therapists are all specialists and are amazing at what they do. Of course staff have changed during these 2 decades but Celine and Monica have been there for years and are loved by all because not only are they amazing at what they do they are so friendly and ever so accommodating. Amazing therapists doing fantastic treatments and give great customer service in a lovely clean and calm place, that is why I never go elsewhere.
Everyone at this salon is very friendly and customer service is the best from the new owner to the therapists they are so accommodating. It has such a tranquil and spa atmosphere which is great for when I go for my massages (ask for Monica she’s brilliant). I find the decor is very welcoming for both genders and not just females, as some places are very pink and fluffy which makes me feel out of place, but not at BTS Beauty.
