My wife and I are new clients to this salon and have definitely found where we will be going for our treatments. I have sensitive skin and Celine really made me feel comfortable and customised the facial to help me. They also do waxing for men and usually my wife does it for me but they managed to accommodate my sudden urge to get it done there and then, I was made to feel comfortable, there was no judgement at all. We will definitely be rescheduling next week's appointments for after lockdown.
I can’t explain how friendly and welcoming everyone is here from the new owner to the beauty therapists and they’re a proper team who clearly have a good bond which is nice to see; customer service is second to none. The therapists are exceptionally amazing in what they do and the services they provide. The ambiance is so calm and peaceful it has a Spa like atmosphere so I love going for tailor made facials and other treatments - they know when it comes to skin it’s not ‘one size fits all’ so they spend time understanding your needs which is why I always go back to them. They also sell the products I need making it easy for me to get when I go for treatments. Would definitely recommend!
There was a relaxing aura about BTS as soon as I walked in. As a male i felt a tad shy getting a massage but the owner and Monica the masseuse were very reassuring and not only did I walk out like jelly but I felt renergized the whole of the next day. Still reaping the benefits as I am typing this.

So I travel a fair bit to come to this salon because they're brilliant. I have been coming here when it was called The Body Toning Studio for years and regardless that it has a new name and new owner I have still been going back as the beauty therapists are all the same and they truly are the best you will find. I had the most amazing facial at this salon. This is a facial with a twist. I had prepared myself for a session of facial rejuvenation when I was pleasantly surprised when my therapist incorporated a neck and shoulder massage into my treatment. I did not want the session to end. I was so relaxed after this facial (and my neck and shoulder massage). I slept so well that night which Has now made me realise the importance of down time and me time. I will be going back for weekly massages here that’s for sure. Ask for Monica for your facials and massages. The customer service and the ambiance of this places is amazing and a huge thank you to Parisa, the lovely smily lady you will be greeted by at the reception who will ensure you get the best out of your experience.
