Lynrae was fantastic. I'm not new to BTS but it was my first time with this therapist but she didn't disappoint. Thorough, great customer service and efficient. My nails are looking beautiful and she did an outstanding job with my eyebrows (they were very overdue). I know Lynrae will be on maternity leave soon but I have no problem coming back to BTS for one of the other highly skilled and lovely therapists. Thank you.

Sophie’s massage was outstanding!!! Also they have heated blankets that just feel so cosy and with such a relaxing treatment I found myself dosing off and felt so much better after my treatment. With colder seasons ahead il definitely be coming back for regular massages.

Sophie is so knowledgeable, I trust her professional advice and I love my CACI treatments. I never feel pressured, and I know the ladies at the salon never recommend something that they don’t believe in. I’m so excited that they are about to stock Medik8 and can’t wait to come back next month for my skin analysis and Medik8 consultation. Also Moni is waxing was so pain-free as well go to anyone else now. Favourite salon.
