One of the best facials I have had ever. Sophie is fantastic, reassuring and so knowledgeable; you can tell she loves what she does and she's brilliant at it. All staff there are so friendly and accommodating there.

Treatment and Sophie were super. Was irritated I had to wait so long as they were running considerably late. Not there fault as previous client was late but meant I wasn’t so relaxed when treatment started. Lots of apologies
