Never had such an awful bikini line wax. I was left with huge bruise and graze in my groin - not what I wanted when off on holiday. And no apology at all from the therapist although the receptionist was very kind and said how sorry she was - still charged me full price tho. Very disappointing esp as I have been going to same salon for 20 years

The Staff at BTS were so lovely & helpful. Being a new mum they were hands on with helping me with my newborn & Celine who did my facial took the time to read over my concerns and gave tips to help look after my skin.
I would highly recommend this beauty salon! You’ll be surprised just how big it is and the amount they have to offer.
