First time to BU Beautiful and the best wax I have ever had! Chi (the owner) is the loveliest woman who made me feel so comfortable! I was so nervous going for my wax but Chi made me feel so relaxed and I had a great time (HOW can you have a great time having a bikini wax? But I did!). I felt like I was having a chat to a friend I had known for ever! Really recommend. :)

Just got back from massage at bu beauty have had loads massages before at other salons usually just stroked with nice smelling oil for an hour. Here real massage so relaxing Chi was really professional and you knew you had a massage can't wait to go back and will tell all my friends
Really great waxing experience, the best I have ever had so far. The wax they use is really different from what I've had before, it didn't hurt as much as usual at all. And the lady that waxed me was really nice and professional. Have already booked my next waxing treatment. Thank you Chi!
