The therapist was very knowledgeable and friendly and took great care during the treatment and offered advise with regards to my very dry skin, which was nice. When I arrive I was offered a hot drink which was very nice and the following treatment was very relaxing and my skin felt soft and nourished for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, the therapist didn't manage to remove all the masks/creams and I was left with some stuck in my hairline. That happens quite regularly with facials I find, it would be good to have a bowl and sponge provided to clean up the more awkward places like your nostrils or on the inside corner of your eyes.The salon itself looked a little messy, for example the leaflets on the little coffee table weren't arranged in any order, especially considering it was only Saturday morning and I was the first one in. When I arrive I was offered a hot drink which was very nice
