First time to BU Beautiful and the best wax I have ever had! Chi (the owner) is the loveliest woman who made me feel so comfortable! I was so nervous going for my wax but Chi made me feel so relaxed and I had a great time (HOW can you have a great time having a bikini wax? But I did!). I felt like I was having a chat to a friend I had known for ever! Really recommend. :)
The best customer service ever. Amazing all round! Have re booked nxt treatment! 100% perfect, won't go anywhere else!
