I booked the appointment a month ago, as I am bridesmaid for my best friend’s wedding this Saturday. I took time off work and went to the salon. It was closed and when I rang they said their Uber didn’t turn up. Rearranged for the next day and they didn’t turn up again. Very disappointing. I have used B U beauty for years, but I need someone who is reliable.
