Chi is just amazing. Theres an instant feeling of trust , she made me feel very comfortable after about 2minutes talking to her. She's very welcoming and very easy to talk to. I like it that she use a vegan and natural products. She impressed me a lot esp the way she does her wax. It's very meticulous and tidy. Its never painful, her technique is amazing.
