You never feel rushed, always a pleasant relaxing time. Chi is very professional, caring and friendly. You couldn't find anyone better to do your waxing. To top it off she is selling some fantastic creams and lotions. My face has never felt so hydrated especially after only using the cream for a couple of days. After washing my face usually feels really dry, now before I even put the cream on it still feels soft and supple a bonus at my age.
