This was after the work had been done, rather than letting me know before it had started. The pricing on Treatwell may need changing as all I booked was gel nails - I wasn’t expecting a manicure etc.

I booked and paid online. It was the first time I'd used this place. But when I arrived for the treatment the shop was shut and a note was stuck to the door saying, 'closed due to unforeseen circumstances'. I feel like they could have emailed to tell me in advance. I've tried contacting them to get a refund but they aren't replying. Such a shame because now I'm out of pocket and still have unruly eyebrows!
