Lauren was excellent from welcoming to salon through to full hair cut with wash, blow dry and steam straightening. Very reassuring and I felt confident throughout appointment. Lovely, bright, clean and friendly salon with skilled staff. Highly recommended 💖💖

Shannon really knows what she is doing my hair is very thick and curly, but Shannon knows the tension to use when blow drying plus she doesn't rush she takes her time
