My appointment had been cancelled by the online system but I didn’t get the notification and turned up. Claire informed me and I was gutted as it was for my nans funeral the next day. She said not to worry and fitted me in as she knew it was important to me and I wouldn’t have got in anywhere else. I am really grateful to her for that. The blow dry way gorgeous too. Thanks 🤩
