Hi. I’ve used your salons since they very first opened many years ago. Always had lovely service lovely treatment by staff. Today I have to say I am so disappointed with the way my daughter (and I) were treated. We were both booked in for a cut and blow. That’s what I booked when I contacted the shop in hunts cross a few weeks ago. I spoke to the staff a number of times to check my booking because my email confirmation only stated one booking not 2 as booked. They insisted both bookings were r
