I’d give everything five stars if I had only come into contact with Charlotte who did my lashes. Another staff member was particularly rude and unwelcoming towards me, but Charlotte was the best. I love my lashes and had such a lovely time chatting to her. Will definitely return. But Bubble 5 itself was a bit of a let-down.
