I unfortunately did not have the best experience. Very quick and rough wash of my hair, and my haircut is pretty unbalanced and no shaping around my face either with the cut. I can see one side of my hair is longer than the other. Seems Celine had been having a long day which maybe just meant it was an off-day for her as otherwise she was friendly enough. I was moving so wasn't able to return to the salon.

I'm extremely disappointed. Booked a regrowth tint (brunette) & Irina dyed it red. I've reached out to request a refund& have had no response. Now I've paid cause via treatwell, have red roots & need to go elsewhere to fix it! Avoid this hairdresser!
