Really nice atmosphere! Sara is great! Always understand what you would like. I used to have long hair and since Sara is cutting my hair short I love them! Every time I receive a lot of good feedback after visiting the salon from colleagues and friends.

The hairdressers seemed nice but my experience was really unpleasant. My hairdresser wasn’t sure which colour to use on my hair, I tried to say the colour was too light and not what I wanted but she insisted. The result is that you can’t even tell my hair has been coloured. I also was booked for a cut and blow dry.
I spent a while at the beginning of the appointment explaining how I would like my haircut, but after adding the toner to my hair, the hairdresser was surprised that I was also getting it cut. She obviously did not listen initially, which is worrying. The result was that I’d asked for an inch off but she cut a cm, again, a haircut isn’t even visible. She did blow dry my hair really nicely.
I spent £95 on what was a nice blow dry and lasted 2 hours, I’m incredibly disappointed.
