Usually love this place and I know they’re rushed of their feet but was disappointed this time - very slow and wasn’t made to feel particularly welcome by my stylist. Colour is usually great but on this occasion I felt there wasn’t much opportunity to discuss what I wanted and the final result was very brassy. Pleased with the cut and blow dry though!
