Asked for shoulder length - came away with a very short bob that is just below the ears about an inch and a half above my shoulders. Not what I asked for and not what we had discussed at all. Spent a long time cutting after the blow dry and repeatedly going over the same section of hair, leaving it a frizzy puffball. Nothing good about the outcome.
